Mimi is part of the company’s Innovation Hub with a focus on operationalizing the innovation and population health initiatives that will enable consultants to help their employer clients with strategies and tactics to improve the health and well-being of their employees while achieving desired business results.
Mimi joined Strategic Benefit Advisors in 2018 after working at Mercer for over 25 years, where her roles included being the Operations Leader of Mercer’s Total Health Management (THM) Practice where she managed tools, processes and solutions such as the well-being vendor solutions, vendor RFI, employer well-being scorecard, proposal database, team trainings, and project managed THM Intellectual Capital development initiatives, Project Manager and THM consultant for clients, and Project Manager of multi-specialty practice within H&B. Before joining the H&B Business, Mimi was a consultant in Mercer’s Health Care Provider Consulting Practice which provided strategy consulting to health systems, hospitals and health plans in shifting how they operate from fee-for-service to managed care environment. Mimi started her career in Mercer’s Retirement Business as an actuarial analyst.
Mimi received her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Haverford College (PA), and also studied at Oxford University (UK). Mimi enjoys tennis, skiing, golf, reading, traveling, cooking, and being with family and friends.
