SBA specializes in providing strategic health and welfare benefit advisory services to organizations that are looking to maximize their return on investment for benefits-related expenditures.  Founded in 2002 on the principles of integrity and value, we have quickly built a reputation for our client focus, thought leadership and results.

We are a privately-held company.  Our decision to create our own firm was in response to the marketplace demand for more affordable, strategic level health and welfare plan advisory services. The market is crowded with insurance brokers who lack the true technical expertise to support employers' health and welfare strategies, and consulting firms that possess the technical expertise but levy significant fees. SBA combines the intellectual talent of the consulting firms with the economics of a local broker to deliver optimal value to our clients.
