SBA is a full service health and welfare benefits consulting and brokerage firm.  We have extensive expertise in all group benefit coverages and develop customized solutions based upon each client’s unique needs and requirements.  For the vast majority of our clients, we provide assistance in developing, implementing and managing their full portfolio of health and welfare benefits, including:

•    Medical plan, including pharmacy benefits and stop loss
•    Other health care plans, including dental, vision and EAP
•    Welfare plans, including group life and disability

SBA provides all of the services you would typically expect from an insurance broker:
•    Renewal negotiations and vendor procurements
•    Budget development (including working rates and contributions) and ongoing financial monitoring
•    Vendor management and client advocacy
•    Plan document and employee communications review

SBA also provides all of the services you would expect from a benefits consulting firm:
•    Short and long-term strategic planning (ongoing modifications based on business dynamics)
•    Benchmarking of employee benefits program in relation to total compensation package
•    Detailed review of cost and utilization to identify cost drivers and target program modifications
•    Pharmacy consulting (ongoing clinical, formulary and financial management)
