Kim’s primary responsibilities at SBA include strategic health & welfare program design, quantitative analysis, and vendor management and negotiations. With specialized expertise in pharmacy benefit management consulting and financial analysis, she currently leads all pharmacy-related projects at SBA.
Prior to joining SBA in 2013, Kim was a consultant with Mercer, working with large, complex national employers in both the Health & Benefits practice and the Managed Pharmacy Consulting practice where she served as the lead pharmacy consultant for all New England clients and several large national employers. While at Mercer, Kim’s experience included the management of Mercer’s pharmacy coalitions, strategic benefit design, and financial analysis for all health benefit programs.
Kim is a graduate of Boston University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting.
Outside of SBA, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cooking.
