COBRA Subsidy NOT Extended
July 26, 2010 The Unemployment Compensation Extension Act of 2010 signed by the President on July 22, 2010 extends a number of unemployment benefits, but does NOT extend the COBRA premium subsidy. The DOL has updated its website.
